At Jon Wright Photography, we’re committed to getting your artwork to you safely, securely, and without unnecessary fuss. We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250, because great art shouldn’t come with surprise postage at checkout.

Production Time
Each piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality.
- Print Only: 7 business days
- Framed Prints: Up to 18 business days
- Stretched Canvas: Up to 18 business days
- Acrylic Face Mount: Up to 20 business days
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.
Please note: delivery time is in addition to production time.
Receiving Your Order
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via our courier service. This may include Aramex, Couriers Please, or TNT.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will redirect your parcel to the nearest depot or designated drop-off point and arrange re-delivery. Please note that organising a collection or re-delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.
International Orders
We work closely with reputable local fine art printers and framers around the world to better serve our international customers. Through long-standing partnerships, we’re able to produce many artworks closer to you, while some products may still be shipped directly from our Gold Coast warehouse, depending on the item ordered.

- Please allow for 7-14 Business days for production, then add 2 - 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- We take great care and pride in making sure your product is perfect before it goes on the courier.

Once production is complete and you receive your tracking number, it will be anywhere between 2-7 days.

- For all orders over $250 AUD Australia-wide, shipping is free.
- For all orders under $250 AUD, shipping prices range from $6.95 - $50 depending on the item you order.

Yes, we do, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and where you live. Otherwise, please get in contact with us and we can give you a custom quote. We work closely with multiple print labs in the US, Germany and Canada.

- For unframed print-only options, we can ship to a PO Box.
- For all other orders (e.g., framed prints, acrylics and canvas) we use a courier service where you are required to sign on delivery. For this reason, we do not ship to PO Boxes for these products.

- For print-only options (i.e., unframed prints) we ship with Australia Post, rolled up and secured in a mailing tube.
- Framed prints, canvases, and acrylics are all shipped with a courier service.
