This rarely happens due to the care taken when packaging your prints. On the off chance this does happen there are a few things you need to do:
Make sure you take photographs of the packaging and potential impact area that the damage may have occurred in transit.
Take photographs of the damage from several angles.
Email us with the photos within 12 hours of receiving your product.
From here we will organise a replacement and place an insurance claim with the courier driver. The courier company may take a while to collect the print and inspect it. Don’t worry though, we will be making you a new one as quickly as possible to rectify the issue.
