What to do if your print arrives damaged

My print arrived damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
- This rarely happens due to the care taken when packaging your prints. On the off chance this does happen there are a few things you need to do:
- Make sure you take photographs of the packaging and potential impact area that the damage may have occurred in transit.
- Take photographs of the damage from several angles.
- Email us with the photos within 12 hours of receiving your product.
- From here we will organise a replacement and place an insurance claim with the courier driver. The courier company may take a while to collect the print and inspect it. Don’t worry though, we will be making you a new one as quickly as possible to rectify the issue.
